Summary:
Roger Pirates including Oden held a party shortly before Great Pirate Era started.
Oden decided to open Wano country in 20 years with his great subordinates.

25 years have passed, Wano arc Act 3 starts.
Momonosuke and his subordinates gather in Udon, but no ships and 4000 soldiers can be found.
There is a sign of having been attacked.

Momonosuke can’t get in touch with Luffy and Hyou.
An incident occurred last night.

Roger is being scolded by Crocus for drinking too much.
He yells at Crocus in response.
Buggy, Rayleigh and Shanks ask Oden if they can help him with something.
Oden says that as a member of the Kozuki clan he has to do something.
Oden calls Shanks ‘Akataro’ and Buggy ‘Buggyjiro’.
Buggy is not happy that Shanks gets to be ‘taro’ and he is only ‘Jiro’
Oden says it’s a mystery as to why Wano is closed off to the world.
